# Manage your connected accounts

What each account's card tells you, which warnings it can show, how to rename it and who else in your organization can use it.

Your accounts are in **Linked Accounts**, in the sidebar: a screen titled **Connected Accounts**
that groups them by marketplace. On a phone, go to **More → Configuration → Linked Accounts**.

One card per account. The Vinted one (1) has expired: its status says **Expired** and it shows
**Reconnect**. At the top, the sync button says **Extension not detected, have you installed it?**
because the extension is not connected.

## An account's card

| Part | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| Name | The one on your marketplace profile, or the one you give it. If it carries the link icon, pressing it opens your profile |
| Labels | **PRO** on professional Wallapop accounts, **Beta** on IberLibro and **Selling restricted** if Vinted has restricted selling on the account |
| Status | **Connected**, **Renewal pending** or **Expired**. [What happens when a marketplace session expires](https://ruit.es/en/docs/when-a-marketplace-session-expires/) explains them |
| Email | The account's email address on the marketplace |
| **Reconnect** | Only appears if the account has expired or is pending renewal |
| Pencil | Changes the account's name |
| **⋮** | A single option, **Disconnect**, which [Unlink an account](https://ruit.es/en/docs/unlink-an-account/) explains |

## The warnings on the card

When something gets in the way of working with an account, its card says so underneath:

- **"We can't retrieve the items for this account. Deletion on your other marketplaces is paused."**
RUIT can no longer see that account's listings and, in case it is something temporary, it does
not delete anything on your other marketplaces. Press **Review**. In the **Inventory not visible**
window, choose **Wait** if it is temporary, such as a restriction by the marketplace: everything
resumes by itself when RUIT can see your listings again. If you removed them yourself, choose
**Yes, delete elsewhere too**, and RUIT removes them from your other marketplaces as well.
- **Selling restricted until** and a date, on Vinted. It is a decision Vinted has made about your
account: until that date, RUIT skips that account's publications, renewals and pricing rules, and
everything resumes by itself when it ends.
- **This account cannot publish**, on eBay. Your eBay account is missing something, such as your
business policies or the postal code you ship from, and the warning says what. **Fix it** takes
you to the step that solves it and, if eBay has rejected the connection, **Link again** repeats
the connection. [Connect eBay](https://ruit.es/en/docs/connect-ebay/) has the details.
- **eBay will refuse these listings**, on eBay. As a business seller you need a return policy that
accepts returns, and none of yours does. You can still publish, but eBay will reject those
  listings.

The eBay cards also carry the **Product safety (EU)** button. It opens the page with the contact
details of whoever answers for the safety of what you sell, which eBay requires of business sellers
in the EU; RUIT sends them with every listing. **Fill in with my details** completes them with the
legal details eBay shows on your listings or with your billing details: check them before saving.
Only the owner or an admin of the organization can change them.

## Rename an account

1. Press the pencil on the card.

2. In **Rename account**, type the name in **Account name** (1). It accepts up to 32
   characters.

3. Press **Save** (2).

The rename window. Below the field, how many of the 32 characters you have used.

The new name shows up across the whole app. To go back to the marketplace's name, leave the field
empty and save.

## Sync your accounts

The **Sync Accounts** button, at the top, only appears if you have Wallapop or Vinted accounts, the
two that go through the extension. It asks the extension to read the session of all those accounts
again at once, for example after you sign in to the marketplace again. It does not connect new
accounts: that is what **Connect Account** is for.

If the extension is not connected, the button says **Extension not detected, have you installed it?**.
What is failing then is [the extension](https://ruit.es/en/docs/install-the-extension/), not your accounts.

## Who else can use an account

If you work with other people in an organization, it depends on the marketplace.
**Shopify, WooCommerce and PrestaShop** accounts are shared with the whole organization when they
are connected, because they are the company's store.
**Wallapop, Vinted, eBay, Todocolección and IberLibro** accounts are only for whoever connects
them. That decides who sees each account and who can publish with it.
