Yes, you can change plans whenever you need. If you upgrade, the difference will be prorated on your next bill. If you downgrade, the change will apply at the end of your current billing period.
Are there hidden costs?
No, the price you see is what you pay. There are no hidden costs or additional charges. You only pay the monthly subscription for the plan you choose.
Which marketplaces can I sell on?
Ruit supports multiple marketplaces, including Wallapop, Vinted, eBay and your own website with Shopify or WooCommerce. We are continuously working to add more platforms. Multi-platform selling is available on the Premium plan.
Do I need technical knowledge to use Ruit?
No, Ruit is designed to be intuitive and easy to use. You don't need any technical knowledge. If you have questions, our support team is available to help.
What happens to the founder price if I cancel?
The founder price of €29/month is guaranteed for the 3-month commitment period. If you cancel and resubscribe later, the regular Premium discount (€39/month) will apply.
