How it works, step by step

  1. 1

    Ruit detects the sale

    It picks it up on Wallapop, Vinted, eBay, WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, Todocolección, and IberLibro.

  2. 2

    It updates the stock

    It takes the unit off your inventory, notifies you and records the sale as a transaction.

  3. 3

    It delists or updates the rest

    At zero stock it delists the rest; otherwise it updates the quantity where it can.

Reservations and sold items

A reservation on Wallapop or Vinted is marked on the other one too. You mark items sold or reserved on Wallapop, Vinted, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, and IberLibro.

If Vinted restricts your account

Ruit stops sending it automatic actions while the restriction lasts, and tells you.

Is the sync automatic?
Yes. On top of reacting to every sale, Ruit syncs your listings on a schedule on Wallapop, Vinted, eBay, WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, and Todocolección.
What is multichannel inventory sync?
Keeping one stock count for a product listed on several marketplaces. In Ruit, a sale on any of them takes the unit off your stock and, at zero, delists the product from the rest.
What happens if I sell a product I have several units of?
Ruit takes one unit off and keeps the listings up until the stock reaches zero.
Does my browser need to be open for listings to be removed?
For Wallapop and Vinted, yes: Ruit works with them through its extension. For eBay, WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, Todocolección, and IberLibro, no.
Does it work with Wallapop PRO and Vinted Pro?
Yes: it works with Vinted Pro accounts, and with a Wallapop PRO account you also publish listings with several units.
