How it works, step by step

    Import the listings from your connected accounts: each one becomes a product.

    Or upload a file

    Upload a CSV or Excel file and the AI suggests which column goes to each field.

    Work from a single catalog

    Change prices in bulk on Wallapop, Vinted, eBay, and IberLibro (on IberLibro, only those listed from Ruit), add your own fields for WooCommerce and export to CSV.

What you can import

Listing import works on Wallapop, Vinted, eBay, WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, and Todocolección. From a file, Ruit accepts .csv, .xlsx and .xls.

What is multichannel inventory management?
Running the stock of everything you sell on several marketplaces from one place. In Ruit each product lives once in your inventory, with its photos, its stock and its listings.
Do I have to create my listings again to use Ruit?
No. You import the ones you already have and Ruit turns them into products, ready to publish on other marketplaces.
Which columns does my CSV or Excel file need?
Only the title and the price. You match the rest with a suggestion from the AI.
Can I change the price of many listings at once?
Yes, with bulk price editing, on Wallapop, Vinted, eBay, and IberLibro; on IberLibro, only the ones you listed from Ruit.
Can I use Ruit as a reselling inventory tracker?
Yes. The products table shows the stock and the listings of each product, a sale takes its unit off, and you download the inventory as CSV whenever you like.
