How it works, step by step

    Create the rule

    Decide how much the price drops at each step, as a percentage, and how many days apart.

  2. 2

    Set the limits

    Set the maximum discount, how long the listing is up before it drops, the rounding and the marketplace.

  3. 3

    Let Ruit apply it

    Ruit lowers the price step by step, never past the maximum discount.

Changing many prices at once

For a one-off change there is bulk price editing, from the inventory, on Wallapop, Vinted, eBay, and IberLibro; on IberLibro, only what you listed from Ruit.

What you see on each listing, and who creates rules

Listings with a rule carry the automatic price mark, which shows the floor on hover. Each drop is logged with its previous price, and in a team the owners and admins create the rules.

How much does a rule lower the price?
As much as you decide: a percentage every set number of days, down to a maximum discount on the current price.
Which marketplaces do pricing rules work on?
On Wallapop, Vinted, PrestaShop, and IberLibro; on IberLibro, only the listings you published from Ruit.
Where can I see offers on Vinted?
In the Ruit inbox: each Vinted offer shows up as a card in the buyer's conversation, with its price and status, and while it is pending you accept it, reject it or counter it. A Wallapop offer can arrive without a price: click "View" on its card and Ruit fetches it from Wallapop.
Can I stop a pricing rule?
Yes. Each rule is switched on and off separately, without losing its settings.
How do I make an offer on Vinted as a seller?
From the buyer's conversation in the Ruit inbox: you type a price and send the offer. The option only appears on Vinted, in chats where you are selling and a transaction is already open.
