How to use it, step by step

    Open the conversation

    In Messages, open the thread with the buyer.

    Check the price

    Look at what they offer; if it arrives without a price, click "View".

    Reply

    Click "Accept", "Reject" or "Counter".

Good to know

Counter-offers take whole numbers only, and making your own offer is only possible on Vinted, when selling and with an open transaction. It needs the extension connected.

How do you respond to a Vinted offer?
Open the conversation and use the offer card: "Accept", "Reject", or "Counter" to type your own price, in whole numbers and in the currency of the offer. Ruit sends your answer with your Vinted session, through the extension.
Why does a Wallapop offer show up without a price?
Because Wallapop keeps the amount separately. Click "View" on the card and Ruit fetches it on the spot, with the original price struck through if it was lowered.
How do you send an offer on Vinted as a seller?
With the tag button next to the message box, which opens the price field. It only shows in conversations where you are selling and that already have an open transaction, and never on Wallapop.
What does a redeemed offer mean?
That the buyer did not just accept it but also paid for it, so it is now a sale. Only Wallapop reports that status.
What if my answer does not go through?
You see an error message and the offer stays pending. Check that the extension is connected and click again, because Ruit does not repeat it on its own.
