    The status on the row is a drop-down with a Delist option. First, Ruit warns you: the listing is removed from the marketplace and the data stays in Ruit.

  • If the marketplace refuses

    Ruit tells you and marks nothing as delisted.

    If the marketplace gives a reason, Ruit shows it to you. And if the listing no longer existed there, Ruit marks it as deleted.

  • Automatic delisting

    Once it sells out, Ruit updates the rest as each marketplace allows.

How to use it, step by step

    Open Publications

    In Inventory, Publications, find the row. You can filter by marketplace or by account.

  2. 2

    Choose Delist

    Open the status and click Delist. For several, select them and use the action bar.

  3. 3

    Confirm

    Read the notice and confirm. The row turns Deleted.

Good to know

A delisted listing does not come back; its replacement on Wallapop gets a new link. Wallapop and Vinted need the extension.

Can I remove a listed item from eBay?
Yes. In Publications, open the status of the eBay listing and click Delist: it comes off eBay and the product stays in your inventory.
How do I remove an item on Vinted?
Click Delist on the Vinted listing in Ruit, with your browser open and the Ruit extension connected, because Ruit reaches Vinted through your session there.
Does delisting remove the product from my inventory?
No. It only removes the listing from the marketplace: the product stays in your inventory and you keep its history.
What if I had already deleted the listing on the marketplace?
Ruit notices when it delists it and counts it as done. If you do nothing, the sync also finds out, although it checks more than once before treating it as deleted.
Can I take a product off several marketplaces at once?
Yes, with Delete all on the product page. Ruit tries to remove each listing and tells you if any of them fails.
