  • Deactivating is not delisting

Deactivating hides it; delisting deletes it.

    More detail

Delisting deletes the listing from Wallapop, and selling it again means a new one, with a new link. If you will restock, deactivate it before it sells out: with no units left, Ruit has to delist it.

  • Other marketplaces unchanged

Neither a sale nor a reservation: Ruit does not pass it on.

    More detail

Deactivating on Wallapop leaves your listings on other marketplaces as they were.

  • Only on PRO accounts

    Ruit checks with Wallapop.

    More detail

It asks through the extension, with your session, and if it cannot ask at some point, it keeps what it knew. On a regular account, Ruit does not offer Deactivate.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Have a question? Contact us

Do I need a Wallapop PRO account?
To deactivate, yes: Ruit rejects the action on a regular account. To reactivate an inactive Wallapop listing, no.
Is the reactivated listing the same one?
Yes, the same Wallapop listing with its link. Delisting, by contrast, deletes it and means publishing a new one.
Can I deactivate several listings at once?
Yes, and reactivate them too: deactivating covers the Wallapop PRO listings in the selection, and reactivating the inactive Wallapop ones, PRO account or not. Ruit tells you how many it left out and why.
What if I want to hold it for a buyer?
Then mark it as reserved. Unlike deactivating on Wallapop, the reservation does reach your other marketplaces when automatic delisting is on.
