  • Roles, from owner to member

    Each person's role decides what they can do.

    A member publishes, replies to messages and creates saved searches. A manager also runs the catalog and the imports. An admin runs the team, the stores, the accounts and the pricing rules. The owner adds the subscription.

  • Invitations by email

    Only the owner and the admins can invite people.

    Each invitation carries the person's email, role and stores. The link expires and only the account with that email can accept it.

  • Stores and shared accounts

    Managers and members see their stores and anything with no store.

    A store separates a branch, a warehouse or a product line. Shopify, WooCommerce and PrestaShop accounts start out shared; Wallapop, Vinted, eBay, Todocolección and IberLibro accounts, only for whoever connects them.

    The Ruit team sets up business organizations: write to us on the chat.

    Create the stores

    In Organization, the owner or an admin creates one store per branch or warehouse.

    Invite your team

    Under Team Members, invite people by email.

Good to know

The Organization section only appears in a business organization. You cannot yet change its visibility level or save who you share an account with.

Do I have an organization even if I sell alone?
Yes. When you sign up, Ruit creates your personal organization, with a default store and you as its owner, and that one cannot be deleted.
What happens if I belong to several organizations?
Only one is active at a time, and it decides what you see: inventory, orders, messages and accounts. There is no view that mixes them.
Can I invite someone as owner or hand ownership over?
No. The owner role is not offered when you invite and cannot be handed over later.
When does a role change take effect?
Right away, without the person having to sign in again. The owner's role is the only one that cannot be changed.
What happens to the work of someone who leaves the team?
It stays in the organization. That person stops seeing it at once and keeps their Ruit account with its personal organization.
