Inventory

eBay inventory management without the spreadsheet

Each product exists only once in Ruit, with its stock and its listings.

Not tied to a marketplace

Ruit app screen: Inventory
  • One product, its listings

Every listing hangs off the product record.

    More detail

The record is what you have on the shelf: title, description, photos, price, stock, SKU and attributes. You see it all on the same row, and Ruit works out its status for you: Draft, Ready to list or Listed.

  • Search and filter

Search looks at title, description and SKU.

    More detail

Filters combine status, condition, price, stock, dates, tags, attributes, shipping and store. One is built for selling in several places: what you still have to upload to a marketplace. Another shows only what came in with a given import.

  • In bulk, as a team

In an organization, each person sees the inventory their role and store allow.

    More detail

Tick rows, even across several pages, and publish, export or delete them at once.

Good to know

A product is one size, one color and one stock count: two sizes are two products. You pick the category on each marketplace when you publish, and the currency is the one on your account.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Have a question? Contact us

How do I organize my eBay inventory?
Import your eBay listings into Ruit: each one becomes a product, with its photos, that you can then search, filter and tag.
Do I still need a spreadsheet for my eBay inventory?
No: Ruit keeps the stock of each product for you and lowers it when you sell. If you already have a spreadsheet, upload it as a CSV or Excel file and Ruit turns its rows into products.
Can I track my Vinted inventory in the same place?
Yes: import your Vinted listings too and they sit in the same inventory as your eBay ones. A marketplace filter shows every product with a listing there, even one already sold or removed.
When is a product ready to list?
When it has a title, a price above zero, a condition, a shipping method and at least one photo. If something is missing, it stays in Draft.
What happens to the product when I sell it?
Its stock goes down. When it runs out of stock, Ruit removes the other listings, as long as automatic delisting is on, which it is by default.
