How to use it, step by step

    Write in the description what only shows in the photos.

    Choose products, accounts and pace, and confirm.

    Check the published listings

    The first time you publish in a category, open a few on the marketplace and improve the product if needed.

Good to know

The AI only knows what the product says and can mix up similar options. If a required field is missing, that listing fails: complete the product details and use Retry failed.

Do I have to turn anything on?
No. In bulk publishing the AI always fills in the fields, and the confirm step reminds you of it.
How to add item specifics on eBay?
In a Ruit bulk publishing job you do not add them one by one: the AI fills in the item specifics eBay asks for in that category, from your product text and data. Before asking, Ruit removes the aspects that should not be filled in by AI.
What if eBay item specifics are missing?
If one that eBay requires is still empty, for example because the AI did not respond, Ruit does not send that listing: it fails with the reason. Complete the product details and recover it with Retry failed.
Can the AI make up the EAN or the number of units?
No. Identifiers come from your product or not at all, and the units for sale are decided by your inventory.
Does the AI look at the product photos?
No. It works with the product text and data, so write in the description anything that only shows in a photo.
