List one item on eBay, Vinted and your other accounts without redoing it

Each listing is a copy of a product from your inventory on one of your accounts. A failure on one does not hold up the others.

Available on Wallapop, Vinted, eBay, WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, Todocolección, and IberLibro

Ruit app screen: Publish listings
  • One form per account

Each account you tick opens its panel, with that marketplace's form.

    More detail

You tick them from the product page, one or more. An account where the product already has a live listing shows as "Already published" and cannot be ticked. Below, a bar tells you where each draft stands: preparing, with fields pending, ready or published.

  • Category and fields, already filled in

The AI suggests the category and Ruit fills in what it already knows about the product.

    More detail

When you open a panel, Ruit loads that marketplace's category tree and asks the AI for a category based on the title, description and photos. If the AI cannot decide, you pick one in the selector. Then it fills in the form, attributes included, and only shows you the fields that are still empty.

  • What Ruit checks before sending

If a required field is missing, the publish button turns off and tells you which.

    More detail

On Vinted and Todocolección, a price of zero is raised to the marketplace minimum, with a warning. A title or description that is too long is trimmed at a word boundary. Identifiers such as the EAN are never trimmed: if one does not fit, the listing fails.

How to use it, step by step

  1. 1

Open the product and press publish

From the inventory or from the product page. If you have just created it, you go straight to choosing marketplaces.

  2. 2

Tick the accounts and review each panel

Complete the pending fields of each draft, or press View all fields to go through the whole form.

  3. 3

    Publish and check the result

You see the result for each account, with the link to the listing or the reason it was rejected, and retry anything that failed from the same screen.

Good to know

An eBay account needs business policies and an inventory location to be ticked; on Wallapop and Vinted, your browser has to be open with the extension connected. Check the AI category on unusual products.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Have a question? Contact us

How to list an item on eBay for beginners?
Connect your eBay account, open the product in Ruit, press publish and tick eBay: the form arrives filled in and only asks for what is missing. Your eBay account also needs business policies and an inventory location set up first.
How to list an item on eBay with AI?
Ruit asks the AI for the eBay category based on the title, description and photos. Then it fills in the form from the product data, and for empty fields with a set of values to choose from, the AI picks one from the photos.
How to list an item on Vinted?
Tick your Vinted account when you publish the product; in categories that carry size and brand, Ruit asks for them if they are still empty. Ruit lists on Vinted through your browser, so it has to be open with the Ruit extension connected.
What happens if a marketplace rejects the listing?
That listing ends in an error with the reason written out, and the others carry on. You fix what it points to and relaunch only the ones that failed from the same screen.
What happens if my title is longer than the marketplace allows?
Ruit trims it at a word boundary to that marketplace's limit and publishes anyway. If you publish to places with different limits at once, put the important words at the start.
