Uploading a batch by hand does not scale

Each marketplace has its own form, and filling them in one by one takes days. Uploading it all at once is exactly what they watch.

  • From inventory to a job

You pick products and accounts, and Ruit avoids duplicates on each account.

    More detail

Pick them by hand or with a filter and press Schedule Publications. A wizard asks for the target accounts and the pace, and shows you the total before you start. Ruit skips any product and account pair that already has a live listing or is queued in another job, so you never duplicate a listing.

  • Category and fields, per marketplace

The AI picks each marketplace's category and fills in its fields.

    More detail

It works from the title and description, and fills in fields such as brand or color. If the AI fails temporarily, the listing goes out anyway, with less detail.

  • A pace with no bursts

Each marketplace waits the delay you set between listings, plus a random margin.

    More detail

Each marketplace keeps its own clock. You can also limit publishing to activity hours for each day of the week: that is scheduled publishing, which has its own page.

  • Wallapop and Vinted, through your browser

On Wallapop and Vinted, Ruit publishes with your session, through the browser extension.

    More detail

With the rest it talks server to server. If the extension is not connected, the listing waits and goes out when the extension is back; if that takes too long, it is marked as failed. The rest of the job keeps going meanwhile.

  • When a listing fails

A failure does not stop the rest; you can retry only the failed ones.

    More detail

A temporary failure, such as a timeout, is retried within your pace and your hours. One that would repeat, such as an empty required field, fails on the first attempt with the reason written out. Retry failed puts only the failed listings back in the queue.

How to use it, step by step

  1. 1

    Choose the products

Tick products in your inventory, or apply a filter, and press Schedule Publications.

  2. 2

    Pick accounts and pace

Tick the target accounts and set the delay and activity hours, or load a preset.

  3. 3

    Confirm and follow the job

Review the total, press Start Publishing and follow the progress in the job dialog.

Good to know

Each job has a maximum number of listings, counted as products times accounts: if you go over, remove products or accounts. Account requirements, such as your Wallapop location or eBay business policies, must be ready first, and canceling does not take down what is published.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Have a question? Contact us

Can you list multiple items on eBay at once?
Yes. Select the products in your Ruit inventory, press Schedule Publications and tick your eBay account; Ruit lists them one after another, at the pace you set.
How to bulk list on Vinted?
Tick your Vinted account in a bulk publishing job, one Vinted account per job. Ruit lists on Vinted through your browser extension, and while it is disconnected those listings wait for it, up to a maximum wait.
Is there a maximum number of products per job?
Yes, a maximum number of listings, counting each product on each account as one. If you have more, split them across several jobs.
What happens if a product is already published on one of the accounts?
Ruit skips that product and account pair. A reserved or inactive listing still counts as published; a sold or deleted one does not.
Can I stop a job that has already started?
Yes. Canceling stops the pending or scheduled listings; the ones already published stay on the marketplace.
