How to use it, step by step

    Open a selling chat

    In Messages, pick a Wallapop or Vinted chat where the buyer has written to you.

    Press the AI button

    It sits next to the text box.

    Review and send

    Send it like any other message.

How do I respond to a message on Vinted?
In Ruit, open the Vinted chat and type your reply, or press the AI button for a draft you can use, edit or dismiss. Nothing reaches the buyer until you send it.
Does the AI send messages for me?
No. It only writes a draft when you ask for one, and what the buyer receives is what you send.
Which language does it reply in?
In the language of the last message from the buyer or, if that is not recognized, the one they used earlier in the chat. If it is still unclear, in the language you have Ruit set to.
Can it accept an offer?
No. It can talk about price in the text, but accepting, declining or countering happens through the buttons on the offer card.
What if the last message is just a greeting?
It looks for the question from the buyer that you have not answered yet and replies to that one.
