    Wallapop and Vinted orders are checked on their own every few minutes through the extension, and the Sync orders button runs a check right away. IberLibro orders Ruit reads directly, with no extension.

    An order in progress shows as Needs action. On Wallapop and Vinted it moves to Shipped as soon as it has a tracking code; on IberLibro there is no Shipped, and it goes straight to Completed. Completed, Cancelled and Failed come through when the marketplace closes the sale.

How to use it, step by step

  1. 1

    Connect your accounts

    Link Wallapop and Vinted with the extension, or IberLibro with your bookseller details.

  2. 2

    Open Orders

    It is under Inventory. If the order is not there yet, press Sync orders and pick the account.

  3. 3

    Follow each sale

    Filter by status to see what is still to ship and open the detail of each order.

Good to know

Sync orders only works for Wallapop and Vinted, with the extension connected; otherwise their orders wait. Ruit does not yet detect a refund after the sale.

How do I find how much I have sold on Vinted?
In Orders, filter by Vinted and by Completed to see each sale with its price. To add them up, export that view to CSV, which keeps both filters.
Does a completed order count as a sale?
Yes, when Ruit matches it to one of your listings. On Wallapop, Vinted and IberLibro it records the sale or corrects its amount, by default on every account.
Why did the amount of an order change?
On Wallapop and Vinted, Ruit reads the detail of each order once, with the price actually agreed. After an accepted offer, that price replaces the listing price.
What does the CSV export include?
All your orders, the ones you tick or the filtered ones. Of the filter, only the status and marketplace apply: the search, account, item and carrier do not yet.
What if several of us share the same account?
Each order is saved only once per connected account, so nobody sees duplicate orders.
