Your listings, checked on their own at the pace you choose

What happens on one marketplace has to reach Ruit.

  • You choose the frequency

It is set per marketplace, and new accounts start on the highest one.

    More detail

WooCommerce and Shopify have no picker on their row. If a listing misses one pass, Ruit retries it shortly after instead of waiting for the next.

  • What each check brings back

It brings back sales, edits and listings that are gone.

    More detail

Ruit compares each listing with the last thing it knew about it. If it sold, the stock goes down and your other marketplaces follow, on IberLibro only for the books you listed from Ruit. If it changed on the marketplace, the publication is updated. If it disappeared, Ruit waits for the next check before treating it as deleted.

How to use it, step by step

  1. 1

    Open the sync settings

Go to Settings, Automations & AI, Sync & delist.

  2. 2

    Pick the frequency

On each marketplace row with a picker, choose how often Ruit checks it; WooCommerce and Shopify have none.

  3. 3

    Check the result

In Inventory, Publications, the Sync Status and Last Synced columns show how the last check went.

Good to know

The more spaced out the frequency, the longer a sale can take to arrive. A listing that keeps failing for a lasting reason stops syncing, and you get a notice.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Have a question? Contact us

How do I sync my Shopify or WooCommerce inventory?
Shopify and WooCommerce notify Ruit themselves when something changes in the store, and if a notice gets lost, the regular check picks it up. When you sell on another marketplace, Ruit sends the new quantity back to the store.
Is sync the same as automatic delisting?
No. Sync brings into Ruit what happens on each marketplace; delisting changes your other listings when something sells or is reserved, and turning it off does not stop sync.
What about the changes I make in Ruit?
Those go the other way and do not wait for any check: if you edit the title, description or price of a Wallapop, Vinted, eBay, WooCommerce or IberLibro listing, the change is sent when you save. On IberLibro, only the ones you listed from Ruit.
Which frequency should I choose?
If you sell often, the highest one shortens the time between a sale and the delisting on your other marketplaces. The more spaced out ones suit accounts with little movement.
What happens if Ruit suddenly cannot see my inventory?
It treats that as a restriction or an expired session, not a deletion: it removes nothing on your other marketplaces and flags it on the account card. The notice clears on its own once it can read your inventory again.
