    Ruit draws the Wallapop notices as cards in the thread, and the ones it recognizes in its own wording in your language. A review or shipment notice carries a button only when it brings the data the action needs.

    The states are On its way, Delivered and Completed. When Wallapop provides them, it adds the tracking code, the carrier link, the agreed price, what the buyer paid and the payment method.

How to use it, step by step

    Open the conversation

    In Messages, go into the Wallapop chat that has the notice.

  2. 2

    Press the notice button

    Rate or View shipment, depending on the notice.

  3. 3

    Finish the action

    Send the review, or copy the tracking code if you need more detail.

Good to know

It only works on Wallapop, through the extension: on Vinted, notices have no button. A review Wallapop has already accepted cannot be undone.

What should I do if the review fails?
An error does not always mean it did not arrive. Close the dialog and press Rate again: Ruit asks Wallapop once more and, if it already has your review, tells you so.
Why will it not let me rate a sale?
Because Wallapop already has your review, even if you left it from another device. Ruit asks every time you open the dialog.
Why does a Wallapop notice have no button?
Only the review and shipment notices carry a button: the rest, such as the safety notice, only inform. And one of those two has none when it is too old to bring the data the action needs, as on the Wallapop website.
What if the Wallapop sale was handed over in person?
The shipment card says so, instead of drawing tracking that does not exist.
Where does the shipment data come from?
From Wallapop, at the moment you press View shipment. Ruit reads it with your session through the extension.
