How to use it, step by step

    Open the export

    Click Export, or tick the rows first.

    Pick rows and columns

    What you ticked, what you filtered or everything, and the columns the file has.

    Download the CSV

    When it is ready, download it from the notification.

Good to know

Export is CSV only. The file is a snapshot: if you change something, export again.

Can I export my eBay listings to Excel?
Yes, once they are in Ruit: import your eBay listings into the inventory, then export it as a CSV file, which Excel opens.
Is it useful for my accountant?
The transactions CSV comes out with the filters you have on screen, so you can export a specific period. The inventory one can also include the purchase cost and profit of each product.
Can I export just part of the inventory?
Yes: tick the rows you want, or filter and export what you are looking at. In that case every page of the filter is exported, not just the one on screen.
Can I save my column choice?
Yes, as a named preset, and you can mark one as the default so you do not have to choose every time.
Are photos exported too?
Their URLs are, not the files: the main photo, all the photos and a thumbnail.
