Bring in the listings you already have live

Each listing you tick becomes a product ready to publish elsewhere.

Available on Wallapop, Vinted, eBay, WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, and Todocolección

Ruit app screen: Catalog import
  • What comes over

Title, description, price, condition, shipping and photos.

    More detail

Ruit downloads and stores the photos. From Wallapop and Vinted, the product arrives with one unit and a SKU generated by Ruit. Category is not imported: in Ruit you pick it when you publish on each marketplace.

  • No duplicates on repeat

A listing already in Ruit is updated instead of duplicated.

    More detail

Ruit recognizes each listing by its ID on the marketplace, across your whole organization. And a new listing that is a product you already have can be linked to it.

  • Large catalogs

The import carries on even if you close the window.

    More detail

When it ends you get an email with the summary. Depending on the marketplace, you can filter, search or select all your listings at once.

  2. 2

Pick the account and the listings

Open an account and tick the listings to bring in.

New listings are created as products or linked to one of yours.

Good to know

Only one import of yours runs per account at a time. On Wallapop and Vinted it uses the extension: if it disconnects, what came over stays and you just run it again.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Have a question? Contact us

How do I import my eBay listings?
In the inventory, click Add and choose Import listings, then pick your eBay account. Tick the listings you want, or select them all.
Can I import my eBay listings to Vinted?
Yes: import them into your Ruit inventory first, then publish the products on Vinted. It works the other way round too, from Vinted to eBay.
How do I import my Vinted listings?
Through the Ruit extension, with your browser open while the import runs. Wallapop works the same way; the other marketplaces do not need it.
What happens if I import the same account twice?
Listings that were already there refresh their details, without touching price, stock or SKU, and new ones are added. Nothing gets copied twice.
How do I know it has finished?
You see the progress in the window, and when it ends you get a notification and an email with the result. If any listing fails, you can download the error report as a CSV file.
